The Friends of the Tippecanoe County Public Library is a not-for-profit organization created to act as a support and advocacy system for the Tippecanoe County Public Library.
Did you know that the Friends sell used books online? To see our current online listings, visit our Amazon shop and our ebay store.
The Friends of the Tippecanoe County Public Library provide extra support for our county libraries.
Our most recent project was Stories on the Prairie at the Wea Prairie Branch in 2022.
The Friends sponsor summer reading programs for all ages, book discussion groups, author visits and book signings, and other special programs.
The Friends promote recognition for library staff, and encourage staff development by sponsorship of scholarships for career development and post-secondary education.
These activities and more are made possible by income from book sales, membership dues, and special donations.
Donations for the book sales can be dropped off at the downtown library’s loading dock (west side of building). Your donations are tax deductible, and we will gladly provide a form for tax purposes on request.
